Personal Message

I am committed and strive to provide effective and holistic therapy for you by helping you feel empowered and encouraged to make positive changes in all aspects of your life. I’m prepared to work with you as a team and respond to every single thing that you bring to therapy. I am comfortable with deeply distressing issues that you might choose to explore and committed to work with you no matter how difficult that might be for both you and I.

To help me understand and to help you in the process of change, I found of significant benefit to be well informed on a wide array of concerns and to integrate evidence-based interventions that we can collaboratively chose to implement in your therapeutic process.
